Our client a leading company in the engineering consulting sector, involved in Technical training, recruitment of technical staff, carry out installation and maintenance of engineering equipment, as well as outsourcing of technical staff to companies.
We are in need of self managed individual of high integrity and strong business development skills in the following positions, who would assist the general manager to coordinate and manage the business as well as take advantage of emerging opportunities in the market place.


Post: Head of Operations
Qualifications: BSc/ HND in engineering, science or any of the business disciplines, MBA or relevant professional qualifications will be preferred.
Experience:
• The successful candidate will be expected to have strong management and business development skills, as he will be expected to meet agreed targets.
• An experience profile of not less than 6 years in managing the business development function of a technical product company, engineering consulting companies, or technical driving service will be useful.
• In this role, the person will oversee other departments, including engineering consulting, technical training, technical recruitment and outsourcing of technical personnel.
• We require a person with good personality, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being self motivated.
• He/ She will be responsible for the short and long term business strategic plan and implementation.
• Generate and develop strategic business alliance with international partners.

Post: Manager, Engineering Consulting and Facilities Management
Qualification: BSc/ HND in electrical/ electronics or mechanical engineering, with good troubleshooting and technical/ analytical skills.
Experience:
• He will be expected to source and implement engineering consulting project, including but not limited to installation/ upgrade of control panel, power audits, modification of existing power installation, generating electrical/control circuit diagram, and technical skill audit, maintenance of cell site facilities, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, generators and general building maintenance etc.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, preferably in an engineering consulting firm.
• Successful candidate should be goal- oriented with good interpersonal and communications skills, and be a very good team player.
• Must be conversant with operation in the oil and gas sectors, manufacturing, engineering services and general facilities/ building maintenance.
• Be good at information gathering and analysis.
• A self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, etc.
